ACEDHS would like to know what you are currently doing and how you are interested in getting involved.  There are many ways we can be more active in our profession and help serve our community. 

Here are a few questions to help us understand more about our local hygienists.  Please bring your responses to the next ACE meeting, or email them to:

In what direction would you like to see our local component (ACEDHS) moving toward?

1. What kind of topics would you like to hear during our CE meetings?
2. Are you interested in volunteering for community outreach activities?  If yes, how many hours/month are you available?
3. Are you interested in serving on a local, state, or national level? If yes, what would you like to do?  
4. Are you interested in helping on a local or state level but not as an officer? If yes, what would you like to do?  
5. Are you a member of ISDA (Idaho State Dental Association) or SWIDS (South West Idaho Dental Society)?  If yes, for what reasons?
6. If you are considering joining ADHA, IDHA and ACEDHS, would you like us to send you membership information?
