This year’s IDHA online business meeting will consist of:
pre-recorded business reports – pre-recorded CE’s – voting on proposed bylaws changes – voting on officer ballots – voting on Lobbyist Assessment fee
October 12th:
Initial Biodata forms are due from anyone on ballot (required from all candidates). Any interested candidate running from the ‘floor’ later will need to submit Biodata forms by October 21st. Anyone interested in being on the ballot should reach out to Michelle Rudd: michellekrudd@gmail.com or 208.871.4514. See Biodata link below.
October 19th:
-Pre-recorded IDHA Business Reports available for viewing
-Election Ballots/biodata forms available for viewing
October 21st:
Nominations from the ‘floor’ are due by 6:00pm. Name, position you are interested in and biodata form must be submitted to Michelle Rudd michellekrudd@gmail.com or 208.871.4514.
October 23rd/24th:
-You will receive an invitation to cast 3 separate votes during a 24 hour period from October 23rd at noon through October 24th at noon. These 3 separate votes will be: 1)Officer ballots, 2)Proposed Bylaws Changes and 3) Lobbyist Assessment Fee. Each ballot sent in will include your name and ADHA member number. This information will be cross checked with a current ADHA membership roster in order to verify membership status and to avoid duplicates (these will be checked by IDHA Executive Director and one other IDHA board member not on the ballot).
